ARTICLE 2 – Price

The prices are expressed in Euros, including VAT.

These prices are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity but the Seller reserves the right, outside the period of validity, to modify the prices at any time.

Prices do not include processing, shipping, transport and delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition, under the conditions indicated on the site and calculated prior to placing the order.

The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders

ARTICLE 4 - Terms of payment

The price is paid by secure payment, according to the following terms:

- Payment by Paypal: to do this, the customer will have to accept the general conditions of use of Paypal.

The price is payable in cash by the Customer, in full on the day the order is placed.

Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after effective collection by the Seller of the sums due.

The Seller will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above.

ARTICLE 5 – Deliveries

The products are delivered to the delivery address notified by the customer. The delivery date may vary depending on preparation and shipping times. Delivery times are calculated in working days and cannot exceed 14 days in France, 21 days in Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Germany (unless otherwise indicated) and 30 days in Canada and the DOM-TOM (unless otherwise indicated).

Please note: the choice of a Chronopost delivery is not binding Here Japan co.,ltd to modify its preparation deadlines. These will remain unchanged from a Colissimo delivery. Only the delivery time announced by the carrier Chronopost is concerned.Problems related to a delay in delivery by Chronopost, despite the additional cost of the express offer, cannot give rise to any compensation or support from Here Japan co.,ltd (in particular a reimbursement of costs shipping).

Delivery times are extended by 10 working days in the event of an order with personalization.

NB: the delivery address indicated by the buyer is under his sole responsibility andHere Japan co.,ltd disclaims all liability in the event of an error therein. In the case of a shipment of parcels to the address indicated by the buyer and that it is false (lack of information, NPAI) and returned to the sender,Here Japan co.,ltd will refund the amount of the order DEDUCTED SHIPPING COSTS (which remain the responsibility of the buyer). The customer can therefore reorder on the site by respecting the standard process and by carefully checking the delivery address indicated.

Relay point deliveries are only accepted if the "Colissimo Relay Point Delivery" offer is selected. In the event of non-selection by the customer of a specific relay point when placing the order, it will be automatically chosen by Here Japan co.,ltd according to the delivery address. Problems related to an address indicated as a relay point when the offer above has not been selected cannot be supported by eitherHere Japan co.,ltd, nor by La Poste.

NB 2 :Here Japan co.,ltd strives to offer the lowest available cost for its delivery charges. Nevertheless, some costs are incompressible and are distributed as follows:

- Payment of the service provider (handling, preparation of the package, order tracking, management of returns and after-sales service)
- Payment of the shipment with the chosen carrier (different according to the weight and/or the final destination of the order)

These delivery costs are necessary to offer you the best quality of service possible in the management of your orders.

Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in one go.

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the deadlines specified above. However, these deadlines are given for information only.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. He has a period of 30 days from delivery to make complaints by email, accompanied by all the supporting documents relating thereto (photos in particular). After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the Seller.

NB 3: for any gift card order, the Customer will receive a unique code at the email address indicated by him. This code will be valid for 1 year from the date of order.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. Shipping costs will not be applied for this Product.

ARTICLE 6 - Transfer of ownership

The transfer of ownership of the Products from the Seller to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said Products.

ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal

According to the terms of article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, "The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following a canvassing by telephone or off-site, without having to justify its decision or bear any costs other than those provided for in Articles L. 221-23 to L. 221-25.
The period mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day:

For shipments outside Metropolitan France, the withdrawal period is reduced to 7 days and the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange policy

NB: Personalized Products cannot be taken back or exchanged. The right of withdrawal also does not apply. The name indicated for personalization by the buyer is under his sole responsibility andHere Japan co.,ltd disclaims all liability in the event of an error therein. Personalization cannot exceed 10 characters and can only contain letters A-Z and numbers.

The return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

ARTICLE 8 - Liability of the Seller - Warranties

The Products supplied by the Seller benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity, for Products that are defective, spoiled or damaged or that do not correspond to the order,
  • The legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered and rendering them unfit for use,
